Information We Collect

Account information from Google Sign-In (name, email, profile photo), usage data (videos viewed, likes, interactions), and technical data (IP, user-agent, timing metrics).

Content You Upload

When you upload a video we may write or improve its description and tags, including with the help of automated tools, so that other people can find it. This applies particularly to uploads that arrive with no description or no tags. Anything produced this way is reviewed by our moderation team before it appears on your video, and it never changes the video itself or who it belongs to.

Who We Share Data With

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with: Google (OAuth + GA4 analytics), Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, Web Analytics, NEL), an S3-compatible storage provider (video and thumbnail hosting), Microsoft Clarity (session replay analytics, when enabled), IndexNow / Bing (URL discovery for published video URLs), and the AI crawlers allowlisted in our robots.txt for content indexing (including GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, Google-Extended, ClaudeBot, anthropic-ai, PerplexityBot, Perplexity-User, Applebot-Extended, CCBot, Bytespider, meta-externalagent and Amazonbot). The current list is always the one served at /robots.txt.

Cookies

We use session cookies (auth_token), PWA cookies (webappv, pwa_install_dismissed), consent cookies, Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*), and Cloudflare bot-management cookies (__cf_bm).

Data Retention

Analytics events (watch events, search queries, PWA telemetry) are automatically deleted after 90 days. Account data and uploaded content are retained while your account is active.
